Meeting was held on
April 30, 2008 in
Valley Forge, PA.
The previous minutes
and the Treasurer's
Report were reviewed
and a motion was
passed to accept as
presented. The
Treasurer's Report
will be filed for
audit.
Announcements of
candidacy for the
national board were
reviewed.
The Keystone
Newsletter receives
a good review and
PSSAMT has made the
requirements for an
Honor Roll Society
the award will be
presented at the
National Convention.
Legislative activity
included the
Competitive Billing
Bill is still
active.
AMT national bylaws
will be entertaining
an amendment to
include AHI members
be recognized as a
delegate at the
business meeting.
Proctoring
Committee: Debra
Smeal resigned from
the position and has
asked that Leann
Bart replace her.
Nation Update: Carol
Yankovich reports
that the national
renewal is up to 77%
from 64% previous
year.
National Convention
will be held In
Providence RI. July
7-12, 2008. Six
members have
expressed interest
to be Delegates at
the National
Convention.
Election to the
Board of Directors
included John
Rudnick, MT, Leann
Bart, RMA, Carol
Yankovich, MT.

The Spring PSSAMT Board of Directors Meeting was held on April 29, 2008 in
Valley Forge, PA.
The minutes and Treasurer's Report were approved as distributed and reviewed.
Report will be filed for audit.
Bylaws were reviewed and no changes.They will be signed and forwarded to Kim
Cheuvront for signature.
Website is up and running. The site is being visited on a regular basis. There
are new breakdown icons. This will keep the info more specific to needs.
The Bill Hartle Award will be presented to Home Office at the town hall meeting
at the National Convention in Providence RI. The plague will be displayed in
honor of all deceased members.
SOP changes were reviewed and placed in the manual. New reimbursement forms were
distributed.
Publication: Susan Swanek is requesting articles to be used in the Newsletter.
Delegates to the National Convention in Providence, RI were discussed. Six
members have expressed an interest in serving as a delegate. Delegate
requirements and reimbursement fees were discussed.
Reimbursement on the state level were discussed. New expense fees were approved.
They will be updated in the SOP Manual.
The Meeting adjourned at 9:36 PM.
